Q. Write a report on road accident given
imaginary details of the accident and the steps taken by the concerned
authority towards medical relief to the accident victims. 2012,2014, 2016.
ROAD
ACCIDENT
20-Feb-20……..
While coming home from
work yesterday, I saw a dreadful accident between a maruti car and a truck.
The car belongs to Mr. AB agarwal, A well known businessman of the city. He
was going with his wife and two daughters and the car was being driven by
their driver, Kalyan Singh. Suddenly, a little boy came running across the
road. In his attempt to save the boy the driver at once turned his car to the
right a truck loaded with bricks was coming from the opposite side at full
speed. The car crashed has on with the truck. The car driver was seriously
injured. There was a scene of utter confusion and chaws on the road. Traffic
got held up on both side of the road. The crowed started abusing the truck
driver, but Mr. AB agarwal pacified them. He said that it was none of the
truck driver fault. Luckily a police VAN was passing that way. They at once
managed and send the injured people to a nearby hospital. They also help to
clear the traffic that had been jams on the road.

TRAIN
ACCIDENT
20-Feb-20……….
Yesterday morning a
dangerous train accident due to derailment of Delhi bound Guwahati express
near Kamrup junction. The accident due to mistake of the cabin man who gave
the wrong line that was under repair. Luckily, the train was at a slow speed
and a major accident was averted. The train got derailed and ploughed through
the track for about 50 meters. There was a great hue and cry among the
passengers and some of them jumped in panic. Luckily, there was no loss of
life. The few injured people send to near by hospital. It took three hours to
put the train again on the rails. The passenger had to face a lot of
difficulty through every possible help was arranged by the railway authorities.

FIRE
ACCIDENT
10 Feb. 2018
A dangerous fire broke out last night in the central market. The
fire was noticed at about 10p.m and in no time in engulfed the whole market.
The fire brigade did arrived very soon but it took some time to locate the
water hydrant that was quite far away. In the mean time, the fire had become
very dangerous. A large number of people gathered there, and each tried in
his own way to put out the fire. They threw buckets of water on the rising
flames, but it was not of much use. At last, the fire brigade set to work.
After continuous sparing of water for about two hours, the fire was full
under control. Many shapes were completely destroyed in this fire. The damage
is estimated to be worth more than 10 Crore.

FLOOD
AFFECTED IN ASSAM
20 Feb 20………….
The flood situation in
Assam turned serious with over 62,000 people getting affected across eight
districts. The Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) said 145
villages are under water and 3,435 hectares of crop areas have been damaged.
Around 62,400 people are suffering due to flood in Dhemaji, Lakhimpur,
Barpeta, Chirang, Golaghat, Jorhat and Dibrugarh districts. The ASDMA said authorities
are running five relief camps and distribution centres in two districts,
where 203 people have taken shelter. Embankments, roads, bridges, culverts
and many other infrastructures have been damaged at various places in
Barpeta, Udalguri, Lakhimpur, Sonitpur and Jorhat districts. Massive erosions
have been witnessed at various places of Sonitpur, Udalguri, Jorhat and
Barpeta districts. There has been scarcity of food and drinking water. The
Indian army constantly rescue who are affected by flood.
